IPA is providing project management services for the new church construction and renovation project, located at 988 – 85th Avenue, Oakland, CA.

The project entails construction of a new three story, 22,000 square foot church facility and renovation of the existing facility to house childcare, health and human resources.

Formally known as Seven Hills/ The Brethern's Meeting Room, Bay Gospel Hall's new meeting hall will be located at 4035 Seven Hills Road, Castro Valley, California. The Property is approximately 1.5 acres with a building of approximately 9800± square feet. The main hall is about 400 square feet with the rest as foyer, bathrooms, halls and mechanical rooms. There is also plenty of on-site parking with no parking on the streets.

IPA assisted the church with their pre-developemnt and entitlement phases.
